Relevant to previous post, twyt is a nice little module for using Twitter in your Python scripts.

Stackless Python is a variant of Python that contains the ability to run several ‘tasklets’ that are queued up in a scheduler, allowing you to control the flow of multiple simultaneous tasks at one time, while sending data between any of them. Sounds weird at first to those not used to threaded/parallel programming, but it’s actually really cool. May be using this as the basis for a new Twitter project I’m mulling over, for running the server (which will monitor incoming DMs on a continuing basis while interacting with a database, occasionally sending out DMs to relay results).
