I am officially booked for a gig. It will be my first paid, non-convention show.

Don’t get me wrong, I love playing conventions, but they are all volunteer, and it feels nice to get to play somewhere with a liquor license (i.e. people don’t have to LEAVE THE ROOM to drink, like they do at most conventions! Benefit: a more captive audience).

Details soon! It should be in about 1 month in Ann Arbor, and will preceed a concert for a very hot and regionally (nationally? I think I can say that at this point) recognized band.
